You're Not Going to Like These
This is how you come to understand that Tiger Woods, the man, the person, and not the golfer, is a weasel, a conniver, a self-absorbed asshole.
After his unfortunate recent accident he has sent out a press release making sure to say that alcohol was not involved in this accident.
Uh, right. We all understand. We’ve been watching. Mr. Woods, you have a pill problem, as is evidenced by the two, white, Hydrocodone found inside your pocket after the accident by the attending law enforcement. It has been clear to even the casual observer after the California accident that you have developed some kind of pill addiction. On television the week just prior to this most recent incident you appeared puffy faced, bloated, drugged, unwell.
To use the deflection of “no alcohol involved” in your statement is misleading, a play on words, using semantics to deflect and obscure. Only a weasel attempts such sleight of hand.
He won’t improve from this, he won’t progress, because in issuing this exact style statement Tiger Woods demonstrates he has learned nothing. Certainly not the dose of humility he so badly needs.
A man who, after the third incident, is still attempting to beguile his public in this manner, I am sorry to say, is a pure and unadulterated pompous asshole.
And a weasel has no intention of self-reflection, or self-improvement. This isn’t rock bottom. Someone at rock bottom is contrite. Clearly Mr. Woods is not. Or he wouldn’t be attempted to weasel from blame in this underhanded manner.

This Iran debacle will be Trump’s second term “Covid”.
Trump allowed the CDC, and NIH, and their lying, scurrilous, rat faced personnel to take full control over our Covid response to the detriment of every American alive. He abrogated all leadership duties in favor of allowing Fauci and Company to run roughshod over the American public, to lie bold faced to us all, and allowed Americans to be locked down in their own homes.
Trump stood idly by as all this happened. Never becoming the leader and statesman the problem required.
He is listening to many of the same dual loyalty forces inside government now, dual citizenship personnel in prime positions to influence his actions in the wrong direction.
And just as Americans died from Covid under his misguided policies, and rat-faced liars of the highest order maintained control, see Fauci, Anthony, and Walensky, Rochelle, under the current administration promoting this unholy war we will see the same damn results, more dead Americans.
Trump learned nothing from his first term. Nothing. And we will all pay for that.

I hope the entire official narrative of the Charlie Kirk shooting unravels. Because it is a false narrative. A “furry lover” didn’t shoot Charlie Kirk with a high powered rifle.
Charlie was killed by a battery pack bomb associated with his microphone.
They scrubbed the murder site so fast it should have alarmed everyone in America.

Tiger Woods saga is a metaphor for America. His image carefully crafted over years of lies. His handlers and team painting the picture of a man in full that never existed. Sending out lie, after lie, in press releases designed to prop up a falsehood, while behind the scenes there was a real rot.
Looking back at the Republican National Convention with the Trump nomination that led to a second term, and all that Rah-Rah ‘Merica, ‘Merica! bullshit, now seeing him waste lives in the Middle East, everything we are sold on the Republican side is a lie and obfuscation by the Neo Cons in full Party control. Using our patriotism against us all.
The same way the golf world’s desire for a hero, for a talent beyond compare, wanted so badly to believe the narrative sold on Tiger, instead of seeing the crass, selfish, egomaniac that existed in reality.
The golf media made every excuse. “Oh, he is just laser focused.That is why he ignores every playing partner, he is just dialed in”.

Let me understand this. A black Chicago professional basketball player expressed a disdain for the “alphabet soup” support demonstrated by the NBA league due to his Christian faith, and Chicago suspended and let go the black player for merely suggesting his Christian faith and beliefs stood above their promotion of all things “alphabet soup”.
So the man lost his job for standing on his Christian principles and beliefs.
Wow.
I hope in the aftermath of all that people don’t begin to notice that 67% of the owners of league teams are Jewish, that they control the league, and it could be inferred by some that the entire league, being 90% black, is nothing more than black millionaires being paid good money to jump around and create Jewish billionaires. Two percent of our population controlling 13% of our population in an industry they dominate.
They didn’t install that Ichabod Crane looking bastard that runs the league, Mr. Silver, because he can dribble a basketball and understands the sport itself. My bet is he can’t walk and chew gum at the same time. But he can certainly do “Woke”.
Careful the black players aren’t counting. Counting their domination of the league, counting the number of positions they hold as players, counting how much they control play in the league. Or counting ownership numbers by ethnicity and religion, since this new firing and suspension appears to be religious based.
The players may decide they don’t want to jump around anymore for millions, that they deserve the billions the owners are getting from their black player exploits.
Such thinking could collapse the entire league. Cost the “Tribe” a tremendous amount of money. Wouldn’t that be awful.

The crap the mainstream media is feeding us is so bad, so awful, filled with such messaging, narrative and just plain old bullshit, that the wife and I just watched some spy flick on Netflix, Prime-somthing, about prime numbers, computers, codes, and worldwide security, and we didn’t even flinch over the gay main character, the frequent male-to-male PDA sessions, or the fact they made the young, black, lead character the smartest and hippest of them all.
The white actress portraying the CIA operative, or NSA operative gave such a wooden, sterile, awful performance I winced every time she had screen time.
At this point you just expect to turn on a show, see that the most virtuous on screen are gay, see that the black individuals are so much more enlightened, hip and smart than any white character, that the message they are trying to send becomes camp. Instead of making a point, it becomes a point to mock, laugh about. Instead of becoming a suggested possibility, it becomes a point of derision.
Doesn’t Hollywood understand that pushing this crap every damn show just desensitizes to the exact point they are attempting to emphasize. Every my youngest, a liberal, clearly sees the messaging and isn’t purchased into their false narratives.
When they lose the more liberal set, they’ve really lost the plot.

The more that is revealed about Kristi Noem the more weird things get. A cross dressing ex-husband? Her new paramour a shake-down artist? She took a gun and killed a dog in cold blood?
I’ve lived near 70 years. I have never encountered people that act this way in life. Not in person.

I’ve been a Catholic my entire life, I’ve celebrated Easter my entire life, and I’ve enjoyed all those years with the children providing Easter baskets, chocolate, toys, and yes, even endorsing the idea of an Easter Bunny and all the fun that that entails.
Except.
Except the other day wandering through the mall on a slow Monday attempting to purchase a nicer polo shirt from Bahama, I crossed the center of the mall and saw the Bunny sitting there absent children, saw the very strange looking photographer waiting to take kiddie photos with the bunny, saw the colorful costumes and display, and instead of being filled with seasonal spirit I was creeped out. No different than seeing that photo of Lindsey Graham in Disney with a girl’s toy wand.
I think it was the balding, thin, odd looking photographer that got to me. In passing all I could think was, “not a chance I’d allow my grandchildren anywhere near that one”.

Even in advanced old age life gets complicated. I don’t know how it happens. I’ve had to turn in theater tickets now twice due to travel obligations. And I’m damn near semi-retired. I no longer work full-time for a living the way most do, having to be at a nine-to-five.
I need to get off the “doctor visit train”. A bad back has me on the doctor treadmill, meeting, shots, more shots, meeting. And the best part? No relief. Nada. Pain, meetings, pain, shots, pain. And doesn’t that make it all worthwhile.

On the subject of health I was notified by the better half that she, and number one daughter-in-law had a discussion on my present day appearance. How lovely. I’d lost a bit after last year’s heart surgery. Of course. But in conversation they decided I appear “bigger than ever”, and there could have perhaps been a “what is happening to him” inside their conversation about me.
Easy. I went to Australia to visit family, ate croissants daily, got a taste for them, and have been eating them almost daily for breakfast since. Buttery croissants. And despite doctors orders I’ve found a place to include the occasional Guinness in my life. And when you read the word “occasional”, just as Tiger loves to play with words, you should read “frequent”.
Just hearing that the wife and daughter-in-law are discussing my expanded girth makes me want to run out and purchase a large ice cream sundae. Biggest they have. Maybe even the banana split. To ease the shame they’ve caused.
I’ve been wounded by their careless discussion, and a quality ice cream concoction would sooth my hurt feelings. Right. At this point I’m beyond hurt feelings in life.

I love the state of South Carolina, love “low country” cuisine, love their beaches, and towns. I used to love their manner of speech, their slower approach, their genial nature.
But by electing Lindsey Graham to office over, and over, and over, I’ve come to realize they deserve all those trailer parks, all those Dollar Stores, and all that poverty you find in the sands heading toward the coast, or up in the mountains to the West.
Voting for that phony is dirt stupid. Brain dead.
I’m shocked they came up with She Crab soup.
