Time for Serious Reflection

There has to be a post-mortem on Covid. There desperately needs to be a post-mortem on Covid.

Covid created some very serious situations and consequences, it changed our lives, it changed the world.

And yet no one can definitively stand and say what it is we all dealt with during that time and place. There is no “settled science” on Covid. There is no full understanding of origin, consequence, and perhaps just as important, reaction.

How our authorities in control dealt with Covid needs a serious and thorough review.

What we were made to contend with in our daily lives needs a serious and thorough review.

And it could be possible, at least I’d want to make the argument, that we need a thorough review because we have been lied to about all aspects of the Covid “event”, we were all subject to a response to the Covid outbreak that wasn’t just wrong but one-hundred-eighty degrees wrong, the exact opposite response of what should have been done. And that exacerbating those extreme mistakes is that the people making the mistakes were the “experts”. It is one thing to be misled by a false prophet, it is quite another to be misled by the credentialed professional whose field of experience and analysis is in the field of study required to respond to such events.

There should be a major difference between listening to some politician’s decisions on how to deal with a pandemic, verses listening to virology scientists whose career is in studying such problems.

Unfortunately for us all what may be exposed during the post-mortem is that the virology scientists have become so corrupted by the industry they lead that their answers become untrustworthy. And perhaps even more dangerously, they have participated in, and helped create, a system where Covid not only comes into being, but played a part in it’s creation, played a role in actually scientifically manufacturing the strain. In which case the professionals, the experts, are complicit in the problem and therefore should not be trusted in any case at all as a source of information.

In hindsight it is clear that we were lied to, and these were big lies.

These were not little white lies to avert some minor hurt feelings, these were lies upon which the entire foundational response to Covid were built. And they were incredibly big and important lies.

At the beginning of Covid we were told that Covid had a natural origin. That it began at a wet-market in Wuhan. Pay no attention to the fact that there is, in Wuhan, a lab doing scientific experimentation on viruses exactly like Covid, that is merely coincidental. A fluke. You need to pay attention to bats and pangolins.

Such a lie is dangerous for multiple reasons not the least of which is that if the disease was manufactured then the vaccine to treat the disease would need to be formulated in a different way than if it had occurred in nature itself. Months of drug testing could be wasted as people become infected and face dire health consequences if you are pursuing solutions based on a false reality.

Truth, and truth from the very beginning seconds, is critical. Essential. Necessary.

Decisions were made by leaders that were not just wrong, but wrong on a scale of complete and utter devastation. And compounded by political posturing.

Our President very early on sent to New York ships equipped as a full hospital, to assist our most important financial center and population hub in fighting the virus. But the governor, with huge political aspirations of his own, and wanting not to highlight the help of a President from the opposition Party, did not utilize this gift from our President, no, that might reward the President with favor, shine some light on his reputation. Better to place patients with Covid into, wait for it, nursing homes with open beds, where the frail elderly reside.

Such a decision, with catastrophic results, should yield criminal penalty. But nothing was done to the governor responsible for the deaths of thousands of seniors. Eventually this governor lost his job, not because he was complicit in the deaths of thousands of elderly, but because, wait for it, he was caught up in the “me too” feminist revolt that caught fever and destroyed him politically.

The argument could be made the man was guilty of criminal neglect, even murder. He lost his career not for that but because he was guilty of being just a bit too familiar with the women with whom he worked.

It is not only possible but probable that the head of the NIH worked with an international doctor and scientist to fund the lab in Wuhan in exactly the type of science required to create Covid. Working on expediting the transmission of bat viruses to humans, a process called gain-of-function, in some effort to create drugs to combat such diseases in the future.

That is, in effect, the head of the NIH was complicit in actually creating the virus itself. The virus that killed millions reported world-wide.

I’m no scientist but I was paying attention, scientists who appeared on some major internet shows claimed there was evidence of a “cleavage”, or splicing of genes within the strain that demonstrated a man-made lab origin. Even in the face of this argument those in charge still claimed that it came from nature, at a wet-market down the street from the lab called “The Wuhan Institute of Virology”, a lab dedicated to the creation of viruses similar to Covid for the pro-active desire to create drugs to combat viruses that could develop in nature in the future.

People certainly seemed to forget quickly that we were all locked down. Originally we were all told to stay home two weeks to “flatten the curve” of the disease, or assist in lowering transmission rates which in turn would lessen the death toll.

We were all told to wear masks. Mask not designed to work on such a virus.

We were all told not to congregate outdoors, to stay indoors. When vitamin D found outdoors in nature was a source of help in fighting off the virus and its effects.

Funds provided here in the US were all provided through the “trickle down effect”, and not direct payments. Our employers were rewarded with keeping us on pay roll, even working remote. The money flowed not to us individually from our government, but to the employers who hired us. Which led to big rewards for corporate America, and also led to billions of dollars in fraud. Certainly some post-mortem could help us avoid such a taxpayer rip-off in the future.

Just as an aside, why is no one else but me curious about the fact that “Google”, whose executives visit the White House daily, and who have the greatest computer scientists in the world under their employ, and who can create all kinds of algorithms to harness people, and gather information from our online activities, why can’t they create some algorithm designed to catch fraudulent applications in the Covid PPP program? Or create some program designed to find fraud in our Medicaid and Medicare programs which is costing us billions of dollars each year? There has to be some “tell”, some product at a price point attractive to fraudsters in billing Medicaid and Medicare that always include them in their fraudulent billings as they open for a few weeks, then disappear. Can’t they write some algorithmic program that identifies these programs, realizes the short-term address issues, and flags the billing? Oh well, that is a subject for another column.

Under our current system the head of the NIH is responsible for handing out grants, which fund research, and directly impacts “science”. The money flows to where the director feels research is most needed. Billions and billions of dollars is up for grabs.

Is it possible either that the head of the NIH might fund his own “pet projects” as opposed to fields where the money might be better spent, and is it also possible that some scientists learn how to “game the system” by wording their request for grants in a way they know might have a greater chance at gaining funding? Doesn’t this all seem like too much power to hand over to one man in government?

And when you find out that this man can also benefit not only from his lofty government salary which makes him the highest paid man in the Federal government but he can partner with drug companies and share in the patents and flow of money they create, doesn’t this sound like a severe conflict of interest that should be looked into as we do this post-mortem? Just asking.

How come time honored beliefs and understandings were thrown to the wayside over Covid and covid alone? Natural immunity was always, always, always understood to be the superior way to fight off any virus. But somehow in fighting Covid natural immunity took a back seat to getting shots.

And here is where this whole thing gets really murky.

The “vaccine” we were all told to take was in fact not a “vaccine” as per the definition of a “vaccine” as we have always know the term. In reality, prior to all of Covid, a “vaccine” was a drug you took that prevented you from getting a disease, or even transmitting the disease. However, with Covid, we were all given what was called a “vaccine”, but this drug did not prevent us from getting the disease post-shot, and it didn’t prevent us from transmitting the disease post-shot.

Excuse me, but if that is the case, is it really a “vaccine”? Really? I’m not a medical expert, I’m just asking reasonable questions.

In this post-mortem we need to find out things.

Did lockdowns work?

Did masks work?

Did this “vaccine” even work, or has it caused health problems in previously healthy participants who agreed and went along and got the shots. I’m seeing doctors on various web-shows claiming that something called “long Covid” exists, I’m also hearing that cadavers are showing odd blood clots and changes in the heart and vascular system never before seen.

What is true?

How will we ever know absent a very real post-mortem into the way in which Covid was handled.

I have to admit to you, so far the only person in our government who is making any sense on even some small measure of a post-mortem is Rand Paul, a Senator and Doctor.

Absent some review we could be doomed to repeat all the mistakes made during Covid.

And there were not only mistakes, but serious life altering mistakes.

We all lived through Covid but seem to lack all curiosity about what we were put through, whether or not some people could be criminally responsible for problems during Covid, and how to deal with the aftermath of Covid.

It isn’t like the American populace to be incurious. We are a curious people by nature.

A review is coming. Whether in this generation or in the future.

I don’t think the results will be pretty. I think some people now heralded by our national press will come out in a much different light later on, after some review of Covid. I think that is inevitable.

We should be doing the review now, while those responsible are still alive.

It is possible that retribution is required.
