Some shared or opposed sentiments...
1) Cover Bands... Yes, hate em. Have a buddy who is actually a Beatles cover band "groupie" of sorts. Follows them all around. I never even liked the Beatles...last thing I wanna do is worship some wannabes.
2) Philly Cheesesteak... No disparaging... love em. If you havent had Tony Luke's youve missed the boat
3) Sports is NOT pure. Im convinced 25%+ of it is totally fixed or scripted. Particularly boxing and football...and yes, the Mob did have Sonny Liston (who was a heroin addict) throw the fight against Ali.. TWICE!
4) The E Trade Babies are the best.. hearing those adult voices come out of those tiny bodies is a trip...kind of the reverse of the Haribo Bears commercials where the little kids voices come out of the adults. Clever marketing.
5)" Meaningless college majors"? I hate to inform, but 80% of ALL college is MEANINGLESS these days. Unless one considers mortgaging the farm to pay for a brainwashing and education in Socialism, Woke politics, and leftist thinking to be a prudent investment and use of time.
AND LASTLY.... While I must concur of my distaste for beets, anyone who HATES BASEBALL simply should NOT be allowed their own Substack page!!! It's UNAmerican, I tell you! lol.
